Patient Billing

On August 1, 2022, the Bismarck Cancer Center transitioned from Mosaiq to a new billing system, Unlimited Financials. Due to this change, you may receive multiple statements based on your service dates.

• If you were provided services prior to August 1, you will receive one statement from Mosaiq.
• If you had services prior to August 1 and after that, you will receive two different statements.

Once your balance has been paid in full for Mosaiq, you will no longer receive a second statement.
