Business Office

The Bismarck Cancer Center’s Business Office provides a number of critically important services, including both patient and administrative functions.  Services provided to the public and to patients include answering the telephone, greeting and directing all patients and visitors, scheduling patient appointments, registering all new patients, providing transcription of patient medical records, and expediting communications with other providers and organizations. Other patient services include the provision of needed financial counseling and assistance and making arrangements for any needed assistance with housing and transportation needs.  Administrative services include providing all accounting, billing, payables, collections, and financial reporting services, and preparing financial analyses.

Lolly, Financial and Business Office Manager

Lolly thoroughly enjoys working with both patients and her co-workers; she’s delighted to be part of the BCC team. Her personal heroes include her parents. She recognizes their willingness to help others with a positive attitude and influence; Lolly considers them her rock. She’s grateful for her life, her family, health, job and friends. 

Brandon, Human Resources/Billing

Started at Bismarck Cancer Center: 2014
Previous Experience: Missouri Valley YMCA
Education: B.S. in business administration from Dickinson State University.

Brandon decided to come to BCC because he had heard about how great of a place it was and had seen what we do for our community. He enjoys working here because he knows BCC has an incredible staff that treats our patients as if they are family.

Christine, Billing Representative

Started at Bismarck Cancer Center: 2014
Previous Experience: Coventry Healthcare
Education: A.A. in Art, a Certificate of Completion in Hotel Management, ROCC (Radiation Oncology Certified Coder) certified, and currently working towards becoming a Certified Professional Coder through the AAPC.

After working in the insurance field for so long, Christine wanted to see the healthcare profession from the other side, from the perspective of the provider. She had spent seven years working from home and missed working around people every day, so she decided to make a change and challenge herself. She loves her coworkers every day; they are always prepared with a warm greeting and a smile on their faces.

Gloria, Receptionist

Started at Bismarck Cancer Center: 2022
Previous Experience: City of Bismarck, Public & Private Sectors
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in University Studies with a Business Adminstration concentration

Gloria enjoys greeting everyone that walks through the doors of the Bismarck Cancer Center and spending time with all of the special staff.

Her favororite event so far, has been Applefest and Bluegrass Goes Pink! She loves seeing everyone come out to support the BCCF.

Keri, Patient Billing Representative

Previous Experience: Sanford Health – certified professional coder, J&M Excavation
Education: AAS in Health Information Technology, AAPC – American Academy of Professional Coders

Keri joined the team at the Bismarck Cancer Center to help others. She is excited about being part of the Foundation, what the wrap-around services do for the patients, and making an impact on others’ lives. Keri enjoys being part of a team and is motivated about staying active throughout the year with snowboarding, camping, and river days.

LaVae is excited to be a part of the Bismarck Cancer Center and use her years of business office experience to help behind the scenes at such a community and patient-driven organization.

LaVae enjoys DIY projects, quilting, and gardening when she’s not crunching numbers at work.

Morgan, Office Assistant

Morgan is working on a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration through Concordia University – St. Paul. She enjoys the environment of support, service, and compassion that is felt daily at the BCC.
