Community Relations/Marketing/Education/Outreach

The role of the Community Relations program is to develop and maintain positive relationships among all key internal and external stakeholders. These key stakeholders consist of patients/family members, staff, physicians and other referral sources, community/business people, and our joint owners—St. Alexius and Sanford Bismarck. Community involvement enables us to actively live our center’s values and communicate the spirit of our brand. Through the Marketing program, the center helps build awareness of services and technology available to cancer patients within a 250-mile radius, as well as providing education to the BCC market share. The BCC community relations and marketing program also assists the BCCF with planning, development, and promotion of BCCF events and fundraising projects.
