The Bismarck Cancer Center, a state-of-the-art, freestanding radiation treatment facility located in Bismarck, North Dakota, has a great opportunity for a full-time Certified Medical Dosimetrist to join our team!  Our employees collaborate to perform the highest quality of work with compassion and respect for co-workers, patients, and their families.

Also, to meet the growing demand for cancer treatment, Bismarck Cancer Center has recently undergone an expansion that includes a brand-new second floor, renovation of the first floor, and the addition of a third linear accelerator and a second CT scanner.

Duties for this position include generating individual treatment plans for external beam including IMRT, SBRT and SRS, as well as HDR planning for GYN, Prostate and Skin, under the guidance of the Radiation Oncologist and Medical Physicist. Other regular duties include preparing all technical documentation required for treatment delivery, conducting weekly chart checks, participating in department meetings and peer review/chart rounds sessions, and reviewing weekly billing.

Education:
Certification in medical dosimetry required. CPR certification within six weeks of employment required. ARRT registration in radiation therapy preferred. 

Experience:
New dosimetry grads welcome! Two years in radiation therapy preferred. High achiever with the ability to work quickly and flexibly in a fast-paced environment preferred.
