Providing radiation therapy services to cancer patients in the region since 1999, the Bismarck Cancer Center (BCC) allows patients in our area to receive exceptional cancer treatment and caring support while staying close to home and loved ones.
The Bismarck Cancer Center serves patients in a 250-mile radius with several treatment options. BCC is a collaborative, non-profit community service offered by Sanford Health Bismarck and CHI St. Alexius Health. BCC staff members include board certified radiation oncologists, board certified medical physicists, medical dosimetrists, oncology nurses, radiation therapists, and is the only radiation therapy center in Bismarck.
BCC offers the same state-of-the-art equipment often used in larger metropolitan areas to provide patients with cutting-edge care while staying close to home. Treatment options include External Beam Radiation Therapy, Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT), Volumetric Modulated ARC Therapy (VMAT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), 4-D Image Guided Radiation Therapy, Brachytherapy (HDR), and Prostate Seed Implant (PSI).
