What You’ll Do
- Design and calculate 3DCRT, IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, and SRS treatment plans using Monaco, ensuring optimal tumor coverage while protecting organs at risk.
- Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and radiation therapists to deliver safe, effective, and timely treatments.
- Participate in weekly chart rounds, peer review, and QA processes, contributing to a culture of accountability and growth.
- Utilize image fusion, adaptive planning, and advanced contouring techniques to support precision treatment.
- Triage and prioritize planning needs in a fast-paced workflow without compromising quality or safety.
What You Bring
- Graduate of an accredited dosimetry program
- CMD certification (or eligibility with intent to certify within 12 months).
- New Grads welcome! Two years in radiation therapy preferred.
- Proficiency with Monaco, MOSAIQ, and MIM strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of radiobiology, anatomy, physics, and dose constraints.
- Resilience under pressure, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative spirit.
